板式给料机 , 是矿山、冶金、建材、港口、煤碳和化工矿山企业中广泛使用的一种连续运输机械。主要作为由贮料仓或转料漏斗向破碎机、配料装置或运输设备连续均匀地供给和转运各种大块重物与磨蚀性的散状物料之用。是矿石与原料处理和连续生产过程中重要的设备之一。
有轻型、中型和重型之分。各种型号的板式给料机按传动方式分右式传动和左式传动，顺物料运行方向，传动系统在机器右侧的为右式传动，反之为左式传动。
